Because we have data centers in California, Virginia, Florida, and Germany, we can offer off site backup and disaster recovery; so even in case of catastrophic acts of God or the most heinous of man, you will not lose your data.
We can manage your server or you can. If you manage it, we still back it up for you. Your data is stored both on and off-site each night and optionally can be replicated to any or all of our 4 major data centers.
With DWC, you don't have to wait hours or days for an email response while your web site is down and losing money. If your site is down (whether you caused it or not) we'll be here to get it back up and running in no time. No phone-tree hell, no hour-long holding pattern. In fact, if it's down for more than 20 minutes in any month, your hosting fees are waived.
Our network has over 2.5 Gbps of external connectivity, dynamic routing via Cisco 12000 series GSRs running BGP4 (Border Gate Protocol 4), and Cisco Catalyst Series switches ensuring data flows through the fastest possible connection.
Our network also has high-speed dual OC-12 fiber connectivity to 14 separate Internet backbones, and a fully redundant meshed network. So the next time a big Internet provider goes under, your data will still have a path in and out of our data centers.
